Userscript for greasemonkey that hides certain html tags and everything in them, how to implement?

Recently faced with one task, let's say we have a site, this site has both dynamic and static information. In some tags, the information changes, in others it remains the same. What command can be done in greasemonkey to remove information (or change) in certain html page tags?
Override is not an option, since the local version of the page is loaded, and I need my changes to be reflected only on a few tags.

it’s easier to hide parts of pages with some kind of adblock thread - there you can stupidly stick them with the mouse
