Useful testing courses, practice?

Good afternoon!
Gradually I study testing on my own, but I understand that without practice it is useless. Please advise good courses, after which you can apply for a vacancy for a junior. (It-people?)
Or maybe there are some projects where they will give practical tasks and, even better, a mentor for free?

And is it even possible to get a job without a course certificate?

Read books on testing (at least 2 popular ones, it's a sin not to know). Of the courses are not bad at a specialist.
There is also such a topic as crowdtesting https://habr.com/ru/company/badoo/blog/415289/ , services are working, tasks are handed out, the hand is filled with the very thing.
The best, in my opinion, certificate is to pass the ISTQB exam. Moreover, such a certificate, or even a qualification, is also being considered in other countries (I won’t speak for all countries and companies, but some foreign testers say that companies are considered).
Here is an option to prepare for it istqb.somee.com .

Software Testing, SHNAT (Olga Nazina).
The commentator above pointed out the ISTQB certificate. I was interested during the training, they explained to me that if you don’t know why you need this certificate (there’s no hard reason), then this is a waste of money. You won’t get practice for sure when you pass, but you will need to cram theory according to the training program (if you don’t know it well). These are the words of my coach from the course. I did not give this certificate myself.
As for the course indicated above, I myself studied on this course, the whole course is a structured theory + practice. But even 2.5 - 3 months of practice will not save the situation, if you do not get a job later and start applying this knowledge on an ongoing basis.
Or yes, crowd testing.
