Use two internet providers at the same time

I moved to the suburbs, everything is fine here, except for the speed of the Internet.

gprs and skylink give no more than 50 KB / sec. Iota catches at 10 meters, but does not catch me.

In this regard, the questions are:

1) Is it possible to configure the use of two providers on the computer - for example, skylink and megaphone? Maybe send half of http requests over one Internet, half over another. Or something more complex. How to set it up? I have ubuntu

2) Is it possible to get a high speed with the help of antennas and is it possible to reach an iota with an antenna, it is 10 meters away.

Thank you!
