Keenetic 4G II and Yota why does the modem automatically fall off during outgoing load?

Keenetic 4G II v2.04(AAKW.0)C6 router and Yota Devices LTD Modem YOTA 4G LTE modem. When testing with speetdest, the modem is lost by the router during the outgoing test when the speed reaches 4-5 Mbps. When connecting the modem directly to the computer, due to poor reception conditions, such a speed cannot be achieved, but the modem works. Router log:

Yotu in the USB extension cable - and in place of the router.
Or in the laptop and again in place of the router.
Repeat the test under the same conditions - it will become clear whether the router or the modem is to blame.

There is not enough food, they wrote about it more than once on 4pda. I did not overcome this problem until I replaced the modem with a megaphone unlocked + iota SIM card.
