Is it possible to make a ban on data transfer through Zyxel and iota?

There is a Zyxel Kinetic 4G router with a yopta. A Dlink camera is connected via Lan. Is it possible to disable data transmission for the camera through the Zuxel web interface in order to turn data transmission on and off if necessary?
