2. Recently (about a week), the outgoing channel periodically stops working.
Those. Pages open, but files larger than 200 Kb are not sent (both html and flash loaders).

Also, with such “falls”, it is not possible to pass the test for outgoing speed on speedtest.net, because. connection is not established.

Modem: Internet Center Yota 990-730-0016R We tried
connecting to it both via Wi-Fi and twisted pair.

what is the firmware on the whistle? Novosibirsk Iota had the same symptoms at the very beginning, then a new firmware came out and the problems disappeared

Try lowering the MTU on the interface. I had such symptoms in the Bydline + VPN bundle, lowered the MTU / MSS by a hundred - it helped.
