What is the catch of "unlimited Internet" from the Yota mobile operator?

Yota has recently launched a service - “unlimited Internet”. Full speed and no limits? Is this really true or am I naive and just didn't see any footnote?
ps

Unlimited Internet is designed for a smartphone. If the SIM card is not used for its intended purpose (inserted into a router or modem), the speed is limited to 64 kbps, if a phone with a Yota SIM card is used as a modem or Wi-Fi access point, the speed is limited to 1 Mbps. Also, the speed is limited to 64 kbps when using file-sharing networks.

But I'm sure that everything can be done so that the modem will be identified as a mobile device, send the left IMEI or something else. And will there be excellent Internet without speed limits?

You can also warn that Yota cuts p2p traffic in its modems (recently, it seems to block it completely), streaming video, traffic on the SMTP port, and much more. However, the rest of the opsos are even worse.

Let me raise your question a little. Why do they suffer so much with all this, if Iota has a tariff for a computer (modem), here on the promobile everything is described in detail about it. Just buy a SIM card designed for a modem and you will not need to be afraid that they will cut off the speed or even turn off the Internet. Well, this is my opinion, but if you really want to, then look at the forums on how to change IMEI.
