upwork. How to contact support?

Briefly. My account was blocked for obvious reasons, I went through the verification through a video call, sent an invoice, after which the support service disappeared and no longer responds. I decided to quit this business. A month later, I go back to the account, check if something has changed and get the message "Financial transactions for MY NAME have been limited. Please check your email for additional information or contact customer support." The post office is empty. When I click on contact customer support , I go to support.upwork and in a second I get to my page again and so on endlessly, no matter how I try to get to the support page.
I can’t understand the reason why the exchange treats me like that. Here is the link I get when I redirect back:

Based on the parameters, you can understand that I have a user that the upwork does not trust, how can I fix this? How to contact support?
