Upwork cover letter template?

What is the best way to write to clients? To say everything honestly, for example: good afternoon, I have no reviews, but if you give me a chance, I will do your job as efficiently and quickly as possible. Or does it need to be redone?

The customer at upWork did not come to solve your problems, he came to solve his own. So write about how you solve his problem. If he sees that you understand his task better than other applicants and better than himself, then the lack of feedback will not bother him. From complaints and the word "template" it is better to refuse. “I will do your job as quickly and efficiently as possible” could be an acceptable deviation from the topic if you had arguments that could convince the customer of his fairness, and your phrase sounds like: “I will do your job as quickly as possible, because I have never done anything like that did." The first order is really a big deal, but you have an advantage over all the old-timers - no current orders, you have 15 hours a day free, so use them, to select orders that best suit your competencies and work out each offer as much as possible. No need to spam templates - it will be of little use.

Well, let's say I'm a customer.
I get a million offers like this.
It is necessary to enter into a dialogue on a SPECIFIC task.
