UPnP server for Linux(Mint) for DLNA

Recommend a working UPnP server to stream movies to TV via DLNA. The standard WMP on Windows7 handles this task out of the box, but it's not very convenient to constantly load a non-main system to watch a movie.
Also interested in the question of broadcasting IPtv over the same DLNA directly to the TV - how is this possible?

I have XBMC, it has a UPnp server, and a good one, but what about keeping it on all the time? I have it attached to my TV...

I use it on the MediaTomb server, in some places it suits me, in some places it doesn't. But for now, I've settled on it.
