Upload movie trailers to your youtube channel (from off-line distribution channel)?

There are off. distributor's channel with trailers, but there are a lot of links popping up, such as subscribe to the channel, look at it. In general, horror (a bit of a fucking channel).
I want to use this trailer but without annoying ads.
1. Can I legally upload this trailer to my channel?
2. Can I legally upload to another video hosting (vimeo)?
ps film search and big movie sites stupidly upload to their server ...
