The name of the site or portal. Faced with this?

For example, there is a portal dedicated to games. It is called, for example - "Stockholm", then can it be that:
1) Someone on the Internet has a website development portal, which is also called. Can he file some kind of lawsuit against "copy-pasting" the title? (Non-IP)
2) Someone outside the internet has a clothing store with the same name. Can he file some kind of lawsuit against "copy-pasting" the title? (IP or OJSC).
3) If someone has an LLC with the same name. Can it file some kind of lawsuit against "copy-pasting" the title?
4) If there is a city with that name. Can he file some kind of lawsuit against "copy-pasting" the title?
5) If in the name of some OJSC, CJSC, individual entrepreneur or other company there is something similar (but different in spelling) to mine.

1. "which is also called".
There are probably over 9000 sites that say "Stockholm" on their pages. This does not entail any legal consequences. If by name you mean a registered trademark , then yes, its misuse will not end in anything good. The trademark is tied to certain types of activity in accordance with the Russian and international classification.
If you yourself are the owner of the registered trademark "Stockholm", there is nothing to worry about.
2. Generally speaking, no. The main thing is whether you have a registered trademark. Read also about OKVED , you will immediately understand why there are a lot of companies of the same name engaged in various types of activities.
3. The name of the LLC is registered by the state body. If your activity is not related to mimicking a competitor or illegal use of trademarks, there is nothing to worry about.
4. The city may establish restrictions or special conditions for the use of official symbols. For example, Moscow .
5. There is a concept of similarity "to the point of confusion" in the law. If you mimic, there will be problems ...
