Let's say I'm developing a space game and I want to call it "Space X MyName" for example. Space X - for example a registered trademark/name - can I use a similar name? Or for example "Mafia" is used by 2K, but is it possible to call the game "Crazy Mafia"?

If you will not produce goods of the same product group under a confusingly similar TM, then you can. It is better to have your own logos in any case, logos are torn in courts.
