Is it possible to publish data from the site to users if the site prohibits copying?

The company "Morozhynko" is engaged in ice cream. They have an analytical department that predicts the cost of ice cream for different types. The site says that all information is theirs and that it is impossible to publish it in other places without written permission.
I would like to parse their forecasts and show them on my website and possibly use them for my calculations. However, given the ban on publication without written permission, of course, I have no right to simply take and parse. But, the following thought arose: what if I do not parse, but living people?
Those. the idea is to allow users to add information themselves, but showing where they got it. Thus, formally, I did not take this data, I only used what the people themselves gave.
Can this be rolled?

I'm not quite a programmer, I'm just interested, but I'm a lawyer, so I can answer your question like this:
1. the inability to copy content on the site is not an indication that the content cannot be copied if the resource itself allows it;
2. if the site clearly states that copying materials is prohibited, then it is so and all sorts of unsubscribes like on the fence are also written in jurisprudence and do not work (but they work in the kitchen with vodka :);
3. look at the license documents, if they are on the site, if it says that you can’t copy, then, of course, you can’t copy;
4. the situation is slightly simplified if the resource implicitly reported this, for example, it simply stated this in the license documents, but did not report this when entering the site;
5. if these are just forecasts (especially in the form of numbers), then this is not an object of copyright, therefore, no fines or sanctions can follow, except for blocking the site (it is very difficult to prove that you yourself did not come up with these numbers, namely, you took them from 6. If you have created a program that takes content from the site
automatically, then the situation is a little worse, because it is already a computer program that may be designed to harm the interests of others.
