Update UEStudio / UltraEdit (html+php+js)

Question for those who use this editor: After updating UEStudio to version 14, all schemes, both color and markup, collapsed. In particular, the file with the *.php extension, the html markup stopped highlighting and auto-completion stopped working, etc. If there are dinosaurs who use UE, share the markup files.
