What IDEs are there for python not in Java?

Saw microservices in python. Most of the computational logic is written in MySQL procedures. SQL code files contain over 15000 lines. In PyCharm and Eclipse (PyDev), these files just hang up the IDE, but I would like to work in the same development environment with both python and muscle (It's not about the computer - Core i5 8GB RAM). There is a suspicion that the static analyzer hangs everything, because java is voracious. Are there any solutions written on the pluses or on something else close to the hardware? (Do not offer Geany with plugins)

Everything that does not fit on 10 screens - is divided into modules and
vim files with plug-ins in 15k files will also stumble.
Logic in the muscle is nonsense
. It may well be in the PC. And if idea still somehow parallels processing, then others do not

There is some level of support in QtCreator.

How does Sublime behave? Written in python. I didn’t try it on 15k lines, but I never slowed down until 5k. You may not pay for it. Every 10 or 20 saves, it just pops up a window asking you to register. It doesn't bother me much. But you can also pay. Functionality is not cut. Plugins do not slow down, for SQL there are.
If you need it even faster, then apparently you need something like KDevelop (C ++) on the pluses.

Well, sort of...

By modern standards - this is not such a serious machine. Norm for development from 16 gigabytes. It's less serious.

Toad for a long time any more gluttonous. Toad has long been one of the most efficient virtual machines.
