You have V-Ray RT enabled. It is not intended for final rendering at all. It's a real-time rendering engine so you can quickly figure out the angle or set the lighting. In this mode, a lot of things are not supported, so for a final render you need to use V-Ray Adv:
And he writes an error, because in the V-Ray settings in the "Color mapping" rollout, the "Sub-pixel mapping" checkbox is checked. The developer recommends keeping this option disabled for more accurate results. Although, of course, you need to look at the situation. Sometimes there are such artifacts on the render that can be cured only by turning on Sub-pixel mapping.

This means that SubpixelColorMapping is not applicable in the current mode. Perhaps the draft mode is activated or some specific setting associated with post-processing.
