Unstable and low fps, what could be the problem?

I recently assembled an assembly that includes: Motherboard asus a88xm-a, Video card Gigabyte Geforce gtx 1050, Memory modules KINGSTON VALUERAM KVR16LS11 / 4 DDR3L - 4GB (16GB in total), Amd A8 7650K processor. But this assembly gave out 100-140 fps in cs go maximum. What can you say about the assembly? Is she the problem? Is she really weak?
