UNMOUNTABLE_BOOT_VOLUME how to fix?

Hello, what could be the problem with this error? Today I woke up, turn on the laptop from sleep mode and see that an update has arrived on Windows, so I reboot it, and it gives a blue screen of death with the error "UNMOUNTABLE_BOOT_VOLUME"
I tried to reinstall Windows using a USB flash drive, but it just freezes after choosing "Start install" (waited 40 minutes) also hangs when I try to restore the system with F9.
PS Laptop Asus N56JR, Windows 8.1, never had blue screens before (maximum error when shutting down the system)

Alternatively, heal the file system from a bootable flash drive (or liveCD ) with winPE or Linux.
