Universal transfer of any OS, how?

Hello!
I'm looking for a way to transfer the OS without installing ... Something like: copied the entire system to a file, wrote it from the file to a new partition, set up the bootloader and that's it. There is any OS and it needs to be copied / archived and then transferred to another partition prepared in advance for a specific OS (Win, Linux, MacOS) and so that it can boot. Well, of course, you will still need to configure the bootloader, but this is not a problem. At first I thought that it would work through ddrescue. I copied it, but after writing to the partition, it becomes unreadable. I assume that the data from the superblock from the partition in the image does not match the real map of the new partition (the offset of the sectors and their number). Perhaps there are some other reasons why the partition dies ... In general, there is a byte-by-byte copied image of the partition on which Mac OS X 10.12 was installed via ddrescue. Now I'm thinking how to restore a poppy to a new partition. I wrote the entire image to a new clean HFS + partition, but in the end the partition became unreadable, I had to format it again. And now I don't know how to recover.
Tell me on this topic how to implement such a transfer and how can I now restore the Mac from the image.
PS I did not copy the entire section, but the part with data + with a small margin, tk. no further data. The data on the partition is ~ 15GB, and the partition itself is ~ 90GB.
