Backing up Windows Server 2012 R2 to a copy-limited volume?

Good day.
Can you please tell me if there is a way, via powershell, for example, to set up a backup of System State, EFI, and the system partition to a local hard disk partition, but to limit the number of backups, for example 2 pieces? So that backups do not fill up the entire partition for me.
