Please tell me how can I undo the last copied files to the server? A misfortune happened, new files cause an error, manual correction is practically impossible (more than 2500 files, some with replacement, some without). Uploaded new files via FileZilla...

No way to cancel. The only way out for you is to contact your hosting provider and ask for a backup for xx/xx/2013 . Naturally, if such backups were made.
