CentOS 7, vsftpd why doesn't writing, deleting files, directories work?

Good days. There was a problem with vsftpd on a CentOS 7 server. I just can't get full access to the site files, I can view them, but not edit or delete them. I installed vsftpd according to the instructions www.shellhacks.com/ru/Ustanovka-VSftpd-FTP-Servera... everything got up without problems.
The site is located in /usr/share/nginx/html, the owner of this directory and all attached files and directories is the group ftpusers (1001), and the user ftpuser. In the vsftpd.conf config, everything indicates that the server is writable:
local_enable=YES
anonymous_enable=NO
write_enable=YES
local_umask=022
connect_from_port_20=YES
#chroot_local_user=YES
listen=YES
#listen_ipv6=YES userlist_enable
=NO
Tell me what I missed, why can't I get through to my files? The server returns every time:
Server said: Delete operation failed.
Error -144: remote delete failed
