An error occurs while loading the infrared control libraries. And I don't understand why. Please explain to the "lost lamb" what he did wrong, or maybe the problem is in the libraries themselves?

Solved the problem. I struggled for a long time, but it turned out that the matter was really in the libraries. In general, in the arduino IDE itself, in the library management, I updated the IRremote library, after deleting it.
