Which single board computer to choose for hd camera + gpio?

There is an arduino and a separate ip camera - it turns out they occupy 2 ports in the router = expensive.
Need to broadcast a good quality video stream and control servomotors, what would you recommend?
I think orange because of the price, what would be the advantage of raspberries? if they exist at all.
Why do people buy a raspberry camera module for 2k when you can use a good quality usb webcam for 500r?
Maybe someone knows a cheaper board with a media processor and gpio outputs?
I apologize in advance for the noobness and annoying repetitive questions ....
PS: I forgot to add I use only ethrnet, stable speed is critical
and preferably ease of programming like on arduino

Why do they buy?) ... to fasten their hands to one place. Not the butt. There is nowhere cheaper. When it comes to pay)

Cheap cameras may simply not start on Linux (I'm not talking about the ARM version).
I did not notice any fundamental differences in the performance of orange and raspberry. But I used the garbage dump under Media.
