Powering an Arduino project?

You need to make smart sockets (to connect them with a voice assistant). I chose nRF24L01 + for communication. How did the Arduino nano take the board. All this will control the relay) vlm0N7i.png. I didn’t find it (or it’s there, but I don’t know whether to take them or not). I found this: https://ru.aliexpress.com/item/AC-DC-12-450mA-5/32... Will this transformer work? for my circuit (there will be one relay, one socket)

you have a voltage regulator on the arduino, you also want to feed the relay with it. The relay at the moment of switching on can eat a lot of current, the regulator will burn out and all automation will go according to p..de. Or just reboot the arduino. In short, it's too early for you to solve the problem of the power supply. Although he would fit, in principle.

In the picture of a relay for 5v, why then a power supply for 12? It's easier to power the relay board and modules from 5v.

1. 5W is not enough for a PSU, preferably 10V
2. Decide on the voltage of the relay, the pictures are one thing, what you will have is another. It is better to choose a relay for 12V
3. In the picture, the Bluetooth module has its own stabilizer, nRF24L01 requires strictly 3.3V. At the same time, 3.3V Arduino is not suitable, you can use this thing
