Did I burn the Atmega328P-PU or not?
Hello! Here's what happened - I, without noticing, plugged the wire instead of the GND pin into the Vin pin (Arduino Uno). The circuit was closed with little resistance. The microcontroller has warmed up and the computer no longer sees the board. Moreover, the ON LEDs and those connected to pin 13 are lit. Tell me, did I burn the Atmega328P-PU completely, or is there any way to restore it?

With a short circuit on the arduino, the Schottky diode in separating the external and usb power most often burns out, it is checked by powering the arduino through the VIN input, if after that everything starts up, then most likely the diode, if not, then either DC-DC or chips, the first thing you need to do is ring the circuits food
