How to remove interference on TV from the WS2812b garland?

I have a TV with dvb-t with a room antenna without a screen (I tried to install it on the street in the summer, but for some reason it catches very badly, but at home it's fine). There is a garland that hangs on the window, made from WS2812b LEDs and on an arduino. The distance from the garland to the antenna is about a meter.
The problem is that when the garland is working, there is practically no signal on the telly, it only "croaks" sometimes. The interference comes from the garland, and not from the arduino, because. when disconnecting the garland from the arduino, there is no interference. I tried to install different resistors on the data pin, I put a capacitor on the power supply, but it does not help. How can you try to fix this? Just do not offer to move the antenna to the street or to another place, there is no way. What can be done with a garland?

1. Determine if the interference comes from connecting the garland to the network as a whole, or from writing data via SPI at high speed. To do this, without turning off the garlands, hold down the RESET button on the Arduino board. If the interference does not stop, you need to untie the garland from the power source using inductances. Most likely the switching power supply is interfering.
2. If the interference is from SPI, you can try to smooth out the edges of the signals a little by putting 100R, 1K, 10K resistors in series with the data pins - until it stops working.

If you do not move the antenna, can you make a screen for it?

This is a typical problem with these LEDs. They also interfere with radios.
You can try another library, maybe it works with timings differently.
As an option, try to shield the garland, take aluminum / copper tape and seal the entire tape, leaving the windows opposite the LED windows, or blow it out with a special shielding varnish from a can.
