Unable to install OS, problem in BIOS?

Bought a laptop, no OS. I went into boot, but there is only delete boot option and nothing. Click on it, there's nothing there.

Vyby formulated the question normally. And they wrote what OS you are trying to install.
For wine 10 - burn a bootable flash drive, set it first in boot priority (or boot from it through the boot menu)
I personally always turn off ueffi, I don't like it.
But it's up to you to use it or not.
