Good afternoon. After reinstalling Windows 10 on a Samsung NP530U3C-A02RU laptop, such a frame appears, I press inter, but it does not let me go to the desktop.

I read that if you change the value in the os mode selection in the BIOS to CSM OS, then everything will be fixed, but I don’t have the secure boot and OS Mode Selection items in the BIOS in the BIOS.

Who knows how to fix this?
