Error when booting the computer after a power surge?
Hello.
Help, please, to solve a problem.
After a power surge in the network, the computer's power supply failed (in the entire high-rise building, the batteries of the residents burned out on almost everything that was connected to the network). After repairing the block and installing it, the error "dqs training failed on previous boot reverted to slower dram speed" appeared at boot, after the first press of "Del" another error "cmos checksum bad" crashes, after the second press of "Del" bios opens, if nothing do not change it and just exit, the system boots and works without failures, but slows down.
did not help:
- replacing the power supply
- replacing the motherboard battery
- reset cmos
- flashing bios
- booting with one memory bar (there are two in total, I tried to change the bars and slots)
- the built-in memory testing utility did not reveal any problems
- there is no DQS parameter in bios, disabling is not an option
Thank you

Reset the bios to factory settings, fix the clock in the bios, set the memory frequency supported by the motherboard. save and exit
Looks like a damaged DMI block. Try flashing the BIOS from the command line with the following options: amiflash firmware_name /b /n /-o /-c /-d /-r /v /-i /-k /-e /-g
