Unable to display IP camera through VPN?

There is a VPN network with the address 192.168.80.1 - 192.168.80.255 , here the address 192.168.80.55 is reserved for the IP camera for remote viewing via RTSP. but y cameras work in LAN with NVR with address 192.168.1.1 - 192.168.1.255 . The problem is that it is not possible to output one IP camera with the address 192.168.1.163 to the VPN address 192.168.80.55. So that in a remote place they can dial 192.168.80.55 through the VPN network and get to only one IP camera. There is a Router TP -link tl wr940n trying to assign the address 192,168,80,55 through it to redirect to the ip camera. but it doesn't work.

@KvakaMen

What you need to do is that you have statically issued an address to the camera 192.168.1.163 on your Tp-link.
You need to do port forwarding from the van interface to the lan interface of the network of this camera. And no matter what the external address will be, when requesting the wan tp-linka interface, as an example, port 8080 will be redirected to the address and port of the camera. in that case everything will work.
Part of the network with your vpn and networks does not play any difference at all.
