Actually looking for a quality UML editor for android.
Wishes:
- compatibility with the third android
- support for normal resolutions, namely 1280x800
- ease of use
- free is better, but not fundamentally

At the expense of quality, I strongly doubt it, because after all, ml for android is still a bit exotic. At one time I found only a couple of uml editors who did at least something:
market.android.com/details?id=com.yeradis.android.yuml
And here is a new application by the way, but the functionality is still sad:
market.android.com /details?id=com.digimind.diagram

code.google.com/p/umloid/ doesn't that work for you too?

If UML is needed specifically for WORK and among the diagrams used there will be something different from a class diagram, forget about opensource [1]
Only commercial heavyweights:
* Visual Paradigm for UML www.visual-paradigm.com/product/vpuml/
IMHO, the best.
* Enterprise Architect www.sparxsystems.com/products/ea/index.html
I don't know how it is now, but it used to be not very convenient UI (many mouse clicks), but it has a more humane price than the first one.
*…
[1] Considering what layer of standards/technologies the three letters of UML hide, I do not think that in the foreseeable future there will be any completely free editor suitable for full-fledged work.
PS: A couple of questions about UML editors, you might find something useful:
* XML/XSD/UML
habrahabr.ru/qa/8160/
* Which editor to choose for drawing UML diagrams in Eclipse (helios)?
habrahabr.ru/qa/227/

HandyUML proved to be not bad, it costs 310r
Unfortunately, there are no sequence diagrams yet, but there are class, activity, use case and others, but I still use the first three.
