you can try a bunch of Wine + Bluestacks, but they say that it works very unstable and few people succeeded. You can also try vasilisc.com/android-ubuntu or www.ubuntuvibes.com/2012/11/how-to-run-3d-android-...

IMHO, without some kind of Dalvik implementation, it won't work. And it will be an emulator.

There is a pretty smart emulator www.genymotion.com incl. and on Ubuntu
