Gentlemen, who uses what to create a "mind-map" of the project's infrastructure?
Suppose you can use mysql workbench to visualize the sql schema of the database.

Is there something similar for throwing infrastructure like "nginx" - "infiniband connection" - "redis"?

For nginx structures, surface.pm is fine. A very simple and fast way to build a mind map. There is collaboration (online collaboration). Free.
