Ubuntu Server 18.04 sudo command not working?

Help me mess something up with any sudo command

sudo: unable to stat /etc/sudoers: Permission denied
repair permissions on the file and touch it with your hands. he should never have
rights 0440 (root / root)

Add your user to the /etc/sudoers file, similar to the entries already there. Don't forget to log in as root to have access to the file.
