I have a part to hang wine and it does not take anything at all (neither alt + tav nor ctrl + alt + f1). If there is any way to call the "emergency console"?

Well, the console shortcut is ctrl+alt+t. Another thing is that even if ctrl + alt + f1 does not work, then most likely wine (or what it does) tightly loads the CPU / memory, and then only reboot remains.
