Ubuntu compatible development laptop with 8gb ram and fullhd?

We need a new laptop with 8GB of RAM on board and a fullhd cut at 15+ inches up to 35kR with full ubuntu support out of the box.
Without dancing with a tambourine and idle wifi / video / touchpads / bluetooth, etc.
Does anyone work on such a machine? Can you advise?

8GB + fullHD for 35k unfortunately almost never occurs.
Throw out which AMD video card and generally consider not.
You can beat me with sticks, but in my experience, Radeon cards never work properly under Linux.
Only cards from 2-3 years ago start to work more or less...

I wouldn't buy one of them...
