Hey! For a while I was looking for an alternative to the Macbook Pro '15 for web design tasks.
I studied reviews and opinions, monitored all sorts of communities, googled "Best laptop for designer 2018 bla blabla", touched it live, etc., in general, thoroughly. The emphasis was on the screen, the processor and the convenience of the piece of iron itself. The video card and the volume of ssd were not so important (then for my tasks, what you have - I don’t know).
At that time, Mi notebook Pro and Dell XPS were on my shortlist. The first is cheaper, the second is more expensive. As a result, he added money and took Dell, but if there was nothing to add, then he would not hesitate to take the Chinese.
Opinions are still common, such as buying a used Macbook Pro 15 for this price, but due to the absence of the word "Sketch" in your question, etc., this can be discarded.
In short, I would recommend purchasing Mi Pro and starting to get creative B-)

8Gb is not enough, the rest do not care. Of course, if you do not mean to work with video or 3D.

You are either a beginner or do not work with printed publications

Consider more nuances with a guarantee and a return. Dell is much better in this regard.
