Ubuntu 16.04 LTS won't start. What to do?

After loading ubuntu, when you need to enter a password, the system freezes (nothing moves and cannot be moved)

Switch to the console before entering the password (Ctrl+Alt+F(1-6)), log in through it, run the isks, view the logs.
