Why does PhpStorm 7 slow down when saving a file?

Good evening.
I recently bought a laptop , i7, 6GB of RAM and installed windows 7 x64 + ubuntu 12.04 x64 on it, I work as a web programmer and use PhpStorm 7 for work, it works fine during work, no complaints, but when you save even small changes in a file, then it just hangs for a couple of seconds, both on W7 and on Ubuntu, it's not very pleasant, can anyone know how to solve this problem?
I store the files on DigitalOcean hosting and do sshfs on my laptop to work with them.

It is reasonable that the studio freezes, judging by your words, the files are located remotely, which means that they are synchronized with each save. If you want an immediate result in the browser, then it will be so, otherwise you can set up saving to a cache file, which the studio then synchronizes if necessary.

My files are also located remotely, they are synchronized by ctrl + s.
However, phpstorm when entering characters also often hangs for 2-4 seconds, regardless of whether synchronization occurs or not.
