Two NICs on two different windows server subnets?

The question is rather theoretical, there is a machine with a Windows server with two network cards. The first card in the network 10.0.0.0\24 of the router looking at the Internet. The second card in the 10.0.1.0/24 network is the gateway. I don’t even know how to set up the server so that from the 2nd network there is Internet access through the 1st network?

Microsoft has in the settings of the network card, a fad to allow access to the Internet. Except he's setting up his mini-DHCP server on the second card, so there might be a problem with one of the 10.0.0.x networks.
