Why is the new certificate template not visible?

Good afternoon.
I have a server with owa, it has a certificate for https. Chrom swears at sha1.
There is a task to reissue the certificate with sha256.
I have enabled sha256 support via certutil, I create a copy of the web server certificate template, but it does not appear in the enable certificates window.

I understand that I'm setting it up wrong, but I don't understand what.
