Twitter bots or fake indicators for the governor's microblog?

The Governor of the Krasnodar Territory has a microblog on Twitter . He has over 14 thousand followers, which is very, very much. If someone is interested in where in the Kuban and in Russia there are so many Twitter users interested in Alexander Tkachev's tweets and looks at the list of followers, then they will certainly be interested in a large number of followers with monotonously bourgeois names like Adriano Ottosen , Lowrance Maese or Bronk Washinton .
All these are some kind of spam accounts and thousands of them ! In addition to the remarkable interest in boring governor's scribbles, all of them are united by identical activity indicators: 0 tweets, 210 blog subscriptions and exactly 71 followers

each: One question:the governor's press service has nothing to do with it and some spammers follow everyone in a row or is this an ordered pumping of the pussy meter? Has anyone else encountered similar anomalies somewhere?

Perhaps they ordered the “promotion” of a Twitter account from some dubious office, and instead of doing a white promotion, they decided to simply fill everything with bots.

At least in my followers, I observe the same bots.

I also constantly see myself, but they most likely act on the principle of “I-you-you-me”. Maybe even a real person spamming like that at random.
Well, the governor “pumped” his account, there is someone to take an example from :) And with a couple of real followers, it would not be solid at all.
