Is it possible to set goals in FB for offline events and track them through MAC addresses?

The task in general is not new, but I did not find an answer to it.

Task
For example, there is a restaurant. You need to track the effectiveness of marketing from social networks (FB). You
can track it in different ways, for example, collect user data (Phone), upload it to FB and watch the intersection of audiences, etc.

But that's not it!
Ideally, collect poppy addresses of devices that came to the site from FB, for example, and compare them with restaurant visitors.
How realistic is this? Maybe someone else is using something like this..

The website does not have access to the mac address, not at all, not at all. And thank God.

The restaurant has WiFi, any connected one is transferred to your promo page, there is also a 0 pixel from Facebook. Well, a bunch of other useful things, such as the dish of the day, the most popular dishes, announcements of beatnik performances, etc.
And already your access point will give you a MAC
