Turning on the Elo Touch 4200l sensor

There is a touch monitor

For the sensor to work, a flash drive was supplied with a unique file that had to be copied to the folder with the drivers. The flash drive is lost. Are there any thoughts on how to solve the problem? The letter to the manufacturer did not help.
