What TV is suitable as a monitor?

I want to try to work on a big screen - 55 inches
at a distance of 1-2m
I just want to move the screen as far as possible - so that the lens muscles are not chronically spasmodic like now

which 4K TV is better for this role
the main thing is that there is no flicker
and the black is as deep as possible

super quality work with color is not needed, but it is necessary that there be a good level, not worse than the color quality of a simple classic iPad,

do I understand correctly that now OLED is best?
or is there a problem with burn-in and afterimage from the interface?
what then to choose instead of oleda but with maximum black?

@tundramani

now, OLED on large matrices is a utopia and expensive.
it even on small ones (compared to a TV) does not always behave well.
take yourself a 45 "ips monitor; at least a straight line, even a curve (personally, I'm in favor of a straight line, for practical reasons). It will definitely be enough for you per meter.
