"Troubleshooting" disappeared. How to fix?

"Troubleshooting" disappeared after restarting PC in recovery mode. Task: install unsigned drivers. Action: Restart in recovery mode - "Troubleshooting". But there is only "Turn off PC".

  • You can boot from the installation flash drive.
  • Well, or Windows + I. - update and security - recovery - special boot options and look for and disable it there.
  • In general, this is done directly from Windows - bcdedit / set testsigning off
