Trouble with Vagrant/VM?

I downloaded VM/Vagrant , so I installed it, assembled the config in puphet . Below I will bring out those in which I probably made a mistake, because I am spinning here for the first time.
Shared folders:

source: 'c:/dev/webroots'
target: /var/www/webroot

Apache login:

servername: role-play-engine.net
docroot: /var/www/role-play-engine.net

I'm sitting under Windows, so right after the happy inscription Happy programming , I registered the desired value in the hosts and launched the virtual machine. I turned to the entry indicated in the host, namely:

Although actually in the dev/webroots folder on my local computer there is an index.php file. Actually what is my problem? Am I missing something somewhere in the config?
Or is it possible in general about the work of Vagranta and its "shared folders"? How to make it work?

target: /var/www/webroot and
docroot: /var/www/role-play-engine.net
are slightly mismatched.
Your project will be outside the docroot.
