Good afternoon, colleagues. The situation is as follows: the organization gave us a login and password to connect to the site via vpn. According to the instructions, I installed the cisco vpn client, entered my login and password, the connection was established. But as soon as I try to connect to the site, nothing happens. The site does not load, the cisco vpn client constantly shows reconnect. Disabled and uninstalled antivirus. Firewall is off. The VPN client has been reset. The problem is observed on some computers, on the other part everything works under the same logins and passwords. Works as it does not work on win7/10. Reset all options for solving the problem, we will consider everything!

This can occur if more than one client connects using one login + password pair (hereinafter referred to as the account), provided that the server only allows one connection per account.
